CALL FOR SPECIAL TOWN COUNCIL MEETING

Pursuant to Sec. 602.02 of the Gray Town Council Rules, I, Peter Gellerson, Town Council Chair, hereby call a special meeting of the Gray Town Council to be held on Monday March 21, 2011 at 6:30pm, at the Town Council Chambers at the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex, 24 Main Street in Gray, then and there to act on the following matter, and no other:
1. ORDER No. 087-11: To review and act upon the approval of a resolution pertaining to the proposed amendment and term extension of the Northbrook Business and Industry Campus Municipal Development District and Tax Increment Financing District Development Program. The purpose of the resolution is to clarify the status of the negotiations of the public/private partnership between the Town of Gray and Northbrook.
The Town Clerk shall cause notice of this Special Meeting to be posted and published as provided by law and shall contact members of the media by the same or faster means than she uses to contact the Town Councilors.
