Call to Order.
- Monument Square Master plan council report post presentation discussion.
- Town survey, what should it look like and how could it be applied (i.e. mailers, website, physical survey, ect.)
- Town Council will be discussing the same at next meeting)
- Dick Barter and Don Hutchins to do a presentation.
- Ideas on how to better market projects to, and engage Gray residents.
- MDOT sign clutter update.
- Ed L. to give the committee an update of where the sign clean-up stands. (this is a real quick probably a two minute update)
- MTA Exit Welcome sign, Sign Concepts sign example PDF review.
- Review sign types VS pricing PDF.
- Discuss next steps.
- Further discussion on Manny Motors based off Dick and Doug’s meeting with Manny.
- Ann to do presentation on possible grant money and volunteer coordination for possible improvements to Manny Motors.
- Discuss options surrounding the Exxon sign.
- Removal, Relocation, height adjustment, replacement of Exxon sign with Manny Motors sign, ect.
- Discuss options for locating a Gray Village sign on Manny’s corner.
