Monument Square
Review news letter draft to be submitted by Richard and Don.
Review potential Monument square master planning survey questions submitted by CEDC members.
Further discuss inclusion of 10 shaker road property in master planning.
Invite 10 shaker owners to a future CEDC meeting?
Solidify dates for mailed survey, survey displays and web site surveys.
Future considerations.
Inviting the public to a late May CEDC meeting.

Continue discussion on TIF policy language
What needs to be changed in existing wording?
What needs to be added as new?
Route 100 TIF revenues
The town has accrued almost enough TIF revenues from the Rt. 100 TIF to potentially pay off the bond.
Should the CEDC look at various options for use of the TIF revenues.
Pay off or partially pay off the bond early?
Use the TIF revenues to replace the aging water tower in the TIF district?
Use some of the Revenues for economic development projects in that TIF district?
