Select a GPLA liaison for December and January. (Joyce might do Jan.).
Elect a person to maintain the archives. (Space is available in Marie's office).
Elect a person to act as treasurer to manage the Reserve Fund. Or a committee.
Old Business
Review and work on the budget.
Help Glen with his presentation before the Council. Includethe following:
*Introduce budget
*List accomplishments from last year.
*Present goals for 2008-9 - and space available.
*Help Marie's budget statistics.
*Present value of library to the community.
*Presnt long term goals.
Items that may have to wait until January.
Downloadable books
Playaways Players and potential theft problems
Revisit fines and fees.
Change in policy for gifts.
