- Public hearing on proposed amendments to Chapter 402, Sections 402.10.11 B of the Gray Zoning Ordinance to add design standards for commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-family driveways.~
- Request by William Walsh Engineering, in behalf of Abdul Ali of 6 Oxford Street LLC and VIP Furniture LLC, for a Site Plan Review and Approval for a Used Car Retail Facility, the related office space, and 2 bay repair garage at numbers 9 and 11 Portland Road located on Gray Tax Sheet 43, Map U04, Lots 15 and 16A located in the Village Center Proper zoning district.
Note: Meetings that are cancelled due to weather will be noted on the Town Web site (www.graymaine.org), local GCTV Cable Channel 2,, and Channels 6, 8, & 13 TV News. Canceled meetings will be postponed to the following Thursday night @ 7:00 P.M.
