A. Public Hearing and Decision on the Final Subdivision Plan of the Garrison Woods Subdivision on Mount Hungar Shores Road. Gary Hayes, 8 Kincaid Lane, Raymond, Maine is the Developer. Taylor Engineering Associates, 410 Summer Street, Auburn, Maine is the Applicant’s Engineer.
B. Public Hearing and Decision on the American Homes, twenty-four unit, age restricted, multi-family housing development on Route 115 (Yarmouth Road). American Homes, 190 Riverside Street, Suite B4, Portland, Maine is the Developer. Gorrill-Palmer, Consulting Engineers, Inc., 15 Shaker Road, Gray, Maine is the Applicant’s Engineer.
C. Public Hearing and Decision on a Proposed Amendment to Section 402.4 of the Zoning Ordinance which would allow Commercial Recreation, Outdoor as an Accessory Use of any portion of a lot pursuant to an easement and further defines that such easement does not constitute a principal use or structure.
