Pitstop Fuels, Inc., represented by Sebago Technics, has filed an Administrative Appeal of a above/below ground determination (Zoning Section 402.7.12) to place a 25,000 gallon fuel storage tank at 50 Portland Road, (Map U04, Lot 1B) Tax Sheet 43, located in a Commercial Zoning District.
