Steven Stanley of 24 Lake Ave. Gray Maine is requesting a 9 foot reduction from the northern sideline of his property and 8 foot reduction from the southern sideline of his property in order to build a 24’ x28’ garage. Map L02, Lot 69, LD Zone, located at 24 Lake Ave.
