- Request by Alan and Claire Lindberg for a practical difficulty variance for a 20’ reduction of the 50’ rear setback to construct a 12’X20’ storage shed at 13 Adler Drive, on Gray Tax Map 20, Lot 47, Sub-lot 40 located in the Rural, Residential and Agricultural Zone.
- A request by Steven Stanley for a variance for a 6‘ reduction in the northern sideline and a 5’ reduction in the southern sideline to construct a 26’X28’ garage on his property at 24 Lake Avenue, located on Gray Tax Map 40, lot 302, Sub-lot 69 located in the Lake District Zone.
