The Gray Planning Board has scheduled a site walk for Saturday, April 30th at 8:30 AM at the above referenced location, for the proposed 20 unit Spring Meadows Condominium Development located adjacent to Spring Meadows Golf Course at 43 Lewiston Road, identified as Map 25, Lot 17 in the Town of Gray.
The lot is located in a Commercial Zone and owned by Pollard Real Estate and Greg Rand. Tom Greer of Pinkham and Green Consulting Engineers will be representing Pollard Rand LLC.
Lyon’s Point Subdivision
The Gray Planning Board has scheduled a site walk for Saturday, April 30th at 10:0 AM at the above referenced location on the southerly side of Lyons Point Road near the intersection of Cole Road. The parcel is shown on Tax Sheets 23, 31, 32, 39, and 40, is identified as ~Map 1, lot 1, located in the Lake and Limited Residential (Shoreland) Zoning Districts.
