PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF GRAY, MAINE
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Gray will hold a public hearing on March 29, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room of the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex located at 24 Main St., Gray, Maine for the purpose of receiving public comments on the proposed adoption of: (a) the First Amendment to the Northbrook Business and Industry Campus Municipal Development and Tax Increment Financing District Development Program, (b) Addendum #1 thereto, and (c) Addendum #2 thereto, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 206 of Title 30-A of the Maine Revised Statutes, as amended. Copies of the proposed First Amendment and Addendum #1 and Addendum #2 are on file with the Town Clerk and may be obtained from and reviewed at the offices of the Town Clerk during normal business hours. All interested persons are
invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard at the hearing. Citizens are encouraged to visit our website at www.graymaine.org or contact the Town Manager at 657-3339 for more information.
