Public Hearing
Request by Blackwater Development LLC for a Pre-application Sketch Plan Review / Approval for a proposed 40 Lot cluster subdivision, Eagles Ridge Subdivision located off Eagles Nest Road, identified as Map 35, Lots 24, 26, 27, 31B7 in the Town of Gray. The lot is located in a Rural, Residential and Agricultural Zone and owned by Blackwater Development LLC. Frederic Licht of Licht Environmental Design LLC will be representing Blackwater Development LLC.
Cancellations due to weather will be noted on the Town Web site www.graymaine.org, local GCTV Cable Channel 2,, and Channels 6, 8, & 13 TV News. ~~Canceled meetings will be postponed to the following Thursday night @ 7:00 P.M.
