PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF GRAY, MAINE
Notice is hereby given that the Gray Town Council will hold a first reading on May 3, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers of the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex located at 24 Main St., Gray, Maine for the purpose of receiving public comments on the following:
1. Proposed amendments to Chapter 401, Section 401.13.16 A of the Gray Subdivision Ordinance and Chapter 400, Part 4 of the Gray Street Construction Ordinance related to upgrades of private roads.
2. Proposed amendments to Chapter 402, Sections 402.2.2 and 402.7.5 of the Gray Zoning Ordinance for changes to the definition of a street and width of back lot easements.
3. Proposed amendments to Chapter 402, Sections 402.2.2 and 402.10.14 B of the Gray Zoning Ordinance for correction of references to Chapter 400
4. Proposed amendments to Chapter 400 to convert the Street Construction Ordinance to a Street Ordinance, removing administrative provisions for construction of private roads and adding provisions for excavations and activities within existing road rights of way controlled by the Town.
