The Committee's charge in four steps;
(A): Identify outstanding issues & develop a comprehensive list of policy decisions
that need to be made.
(B): Workshop with the Council so appropriate policy decisions can be made;
Committee could present options, Council directs Committee on policies.
(C): Committee drafts changes to Ordinance language based on Council's policy
guidance.
(D): Recommended Ordinance changes are forwarded to Council for adoption.
