2nd Alarm - 42 Legrow Rd

Engine 1 relocated from the recently closed Village Station to it's new home at Station 2. Station 2 is located at 2 Turnpike Acres Rd (off of Rt100 by the Post Office). Unit 8 (Fire Police Traffic Control Unit), Service 1, ATV 1, and Snowmobile 1 were also moved from Central Station to Station 2 later in the week.
Thursday December 13, 2007 "ALL HANDS"
Gray Fire Rescue responded to an "All Hands" structure fire at 15 Megquier Rd. Car 2 being first due reported smoke showing. Tower 1 arrived on scene minutes later followed by Engine 3. Crews made an aggressive interior attack and made a good stop. The house suffered heavy damage to the basement and smoke damage through out the large 2 story house.
Responding on the desk box were : Gray Engines 1,2,3, Tower 1, Support 7,Rescue 1, Car 1 and 2. Mutual aid at the scene was New Gloucester Eng 3. Station coverage was North Yarmouth and Raymond.
