How You Can Broadcast Or Record A Program
If you or your organization has a pre-recorded program that you would like broadcast, a User Application is needed. You can print out a copy of the User Application straight from this web page under the link GCTV-2 User Application or one can be obtained through the Gray Town Office. Please read through the application and fill out all required fields. Send the completed application along with the program or the 1st episode to GCTV at the address above. GCTV will review your program and requests in a timely manner and will get back to you or your organization promptly.
If you would like to use Stimson Hall and/or GCTV equipment to produce a program and/or record at Stimson Hall, let us know and we will work with you to do so. Stimson Hall has limited available time and its use must not conflict with pre-scheduled town meetings.
If you wish to borrow equipment, such as a video camera or a remote recording set up, let us know and we will make you fully aware of our requirements. Remember, however, that any video production made using GCTV must be aired on GCTV.
PLEASE READ AND REVIEW OUR POLICY MANUAL FOR COMPLETE DETAILS OF GCTV-2'S RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING ALL PROGRAMMING.
Volunteers Are Important!
GCTV continues to serve the People of Gray with two current volunteers. With only a part-time Station Manager, GCTV could not operate with the efficiency that it does without the help of it's dedicated volunteers. Brad Fogg and Mike St. Clair continue to do excellent work broadcasting Town Council Workshops and regular Town Council Meetings and without their dedication and technical expertise GCTV could never be the same. Thank You for your continued help and support!
