This requires extending the current funding of $12.00 per hour for up to 30 hours per week for 40 weeks or $14,400. Fee to be paid from the Penn Cable Account. (Note this account is funed by cable tv franchise fees, not property tax.) This will insure meeting coverage at the above noted meetings and allow for ongoing updates of the Town’s bulletin board service, weather broadcasting
service, local weather, responding to emails, developing local origination broadcasting, and coordinating with MSAD 15’s video technology program; as well as other endeavors. This also allows for ongoing maintenance of the broadcast equipment and computer system. It provides for improved communication with the public and more timely responses from the committee.
