Dry Mills Schoolhouse Committee Meeting
Minutes for January 18, 2011
Present: Committee Chairperson Jennifer Dupuis, Acting Committee Secretary Christina Kuchinski, and Council Liaison Mark Grover.
Meeting called to order at 6:30 PM.
- Minutes: Minutes from meeting held on November 15, 2010 were read by Christina Kuchinski. The minutes could not be approved as there was a lack of a quorum.
- Goals: Tabled until next meeting
- Petty Cash: The Town Manager wants all money that the committee has turned over to the town. This would include any checks and petty cash. The money will be put into an account for the Dry Mills School. When we need money for any projects/repairs we will need to make a request of the town for the monies needed.
- Annual Budget Proposal for 2011/2012: Budget figures need to be sent to the town manager.
- $50 Museum Supplies – slate chalk, posters, etc
- $50 Museum Maintenance – brooms, Decon, fly strips etc.
- $100 Publicity – flyers, advertising, signs
- $50 Programs – speakers, classroom presentations, additions to museum collection, honorariums, educational material (handouts/worksheets), photocopying
- Anticipated opening: 1st of June
