Mark suggests inviting fire department to do a pre-planning exercise, in which the department can walk through the building, assess. As part of emergency plan, Glenn suggests library staff become trained in CPR. Marie to do research on emergency plan, trustees to look over bylaws and review MLA standards.
Old business: finding an alternative funding source for AED. Options: use trustees’ fund, wait until town council discusses again next year, or hold fundraiser.
