Members Present: Richard Bibber, Wayne Wood, Gary Foster
Others present: CEO Kinderly Hodgdon
Gary Foster called the meeting to order at 6:45p.m., and noted that there is a quorum.
The committee selected Gary Foster as acting chair. Mr. Foster stated that the purpose of the special meeting is to discuss repeal of the Aquifer Overlay Zone and all references in the Zoning Ordinance.
Mr. Bibber stated that he supported the repeal of the AOZ, and suggested that any necessary protections should be properly implemented in the future.
Mr. Wood and Mr. Foster concurred.
There were no other comments.
Those present voted unanimously 3-0, to recommend repeal of the Aquifer Overlay Zone.
Richard Bibber moved, and Wayne Wood seconded to adjourn at 6:50pm
