a. Finalize Chapter 401 recommendation

3. Next meeting agenda- Wade would like to get all the reviewed comments compiled for final review and comments to schedule another meeting. Councilor Hutchins reminded the group that they need to have their work completed for the August 5th Town Council meeting.
