Minutes: Thursday, June 12, 2008
Present: Jim Foster, Jack Goosetrey, Wayne Wood, Gary Foster, Richard Bibber, Wade Trudel.
1. Approval of June 5, 2008 ORC minutes
Motion to accept the June 5, 2008 ORC minutes as presented.
2. Ordinances
a. Finalize recommendations regarding proposed Chapter 401 Subdivision Ordinance (attached separate document)
There was a discussion on the process to finalize plans for the group’s report and past processes.
Jim and Wayne indicated that 402 is a good document in general terms. Gary commented that there were some matrix /criteria that have been changed.
At 9:15, after partial review, there was a discussion on what to present to the Town Council and a recommendation to submit what has been completed as of June 12th as a separate document and indicate that more time is needed for a thorough review.
Jack indicated that it is better to be late, but accurate. The group also recommends that 3 more meetings with George Thebarge to help answer the questions and complete the review. Wade asked that as many committee members as possible attend the Town Council meeting to request more time to complete the review.
3. Next meeting agenda- Meet on June 18th with George Thebarge, if possible.
