I.      Minutes

A.      Minutes of June 11, 2009

Motion to accept the June 11, 2009 minutes as corrected.

II.      Information Exchange

George stated that they held the first minor site plan review and visited the Farmer’s Market and this site has met all the necessary items from the review.

III.    Tabled Matters and Unfinished Business

A.      Request for site plan approval for expansion and conversion of the Busy Bee Cabins, located at 272 Portland Road, Gray, Maine.  Applicant is Bryan Loisel, 357 Maine Street, Poland, Maine.  Map 41, Lot 1, zoned Commercial.  

Mr. Loisel has withdrawn his application.

B.      Request for conditional use approval to conduct Flea Market at 130 Portland Road, Map 31, Lot 14, Commercial Zone.  Applicant is Rhiannon Welch, 108 Ledgewood Drive, Falmouth, Maine.

Ms Welch has withdrawn her application.

IV.     Public Hearing and New Business


A.      Public Hearing for Proposed Amendments to Chapter 403 (The Town of Gray Shore land Zoning Ordinance) and the official zoning map necessary to meet state requirements.


Public Hearing was open at 7:02pm and closed 7:03pm

John Redlon stated that his term on the Planning Board is up and has submitted an application for consideration to have another term.

Jack Goosetrey discussed the docks issue from the Shoreland Zoning.  He asked about docks over 6 feet.  George Thebarge state they are not allowed in the revised ordinance .  Existing docks over 6 feet will be grandfathered.
