Tabled Matters and Old Business
Request by Pollard Rand LLC for a Sketch Plan Review / Approval for a proposed 20 unit Spring Meadows Condominium Development located adjacent to Spring Meadows Golf Course at 43 Lewiston Road, identified as Map 25, Lot 17 in the Town of Gray. The lot is located in a Commercial Zone and owned by Pollard Real Estate and Greg Rand. Tom Greer of Pinkham and Green Consulting Engineers will be representing Pollard Rand LLC.
Public Hearing and New Business
Request by Blackwater Development LLC for a Pre-application Sketch Plan Review / Approval for a proposed 40 Lot cluster subdivision, Eagles Ridge Subdivision located off Eagles Nest Road, identified as Map 35, Lots 24, 26, 27, 31B in the Town of Gray. The lot is located in a Rural, Residential and Agricultural Zone and owned by Blackwater Development LLC. Frederic Licht of Licht Environmental Design LLC will be representing Blackwater Development LLC.
