Public Hearing
  • Public hearing on proposed amendments to Chapter 401, Section 401.13.16 A of the Gray Subdivision Ordinance and Chapter 400, Part 4 of the Gray Street Construction Ordinance related to upgrades of private roads.  
  • Public hearing on proposed amendments to Chapter 402, Sections 402.2.2 and 402.7.5 of the Gray Zoning Ordinance for changes to the definition of a street and width of back lot easements.  
  • Public hearing on proposed amendments to Chapter 402, Sections 402.2.2 and 402.10.14 B of the Gray Zoning Ordinance for correction of references to Chapter 400.  
  • Public hearing on proposed amendments to Chapter 400 to convert the Street Construction Ordinance to a Street Ordinance, removing administrative provisions for construction of private roads and adding provisions for excavations and activities within existing road rights of way controlled by the Town.
New Business
  • Nicole and Nicholas Gieringer request a Planning Board Review and Approval for a Home Occupation  “Little Leapers Pre-School”  in their home located at 59 Colley Hill Road, identified on Tax Sheet 36, map 25, Lot 11A, located in the Rural Residential Zone.
  • Request by Sebago Technics on behalf of Robert Cole, Rebecca Sarna, and Shirley Heatley (Robert Cole, Et  Al) for a Preliminary Site Plan Review and Approval for a seven lot  Lyons Point Cluster Subdivision located on Gray Tax Sheet 31, Map 1, Lot 1. The complete parcel is shown on Tax Sheets 23, 31, 32, 39, and 40, is identified as ~Map 1, lot 1, located in the Lake and Limited Residential (Shoreland) Zoning Districts. The owner is Robert Cole, et. Al.
