Tabled Matters and Old Business
- Request by Pollard Rand LLC for a proposed 20-unit residential condominium development consisting of ten single-family and four multi-family dwellings located adjacent to Spring Meadows Golf Course at 43 Lewiston Road in a Commercial Zoning District as shown on Tax Map 35, lot 25-17 owned by Pollard Rand Real Estate and Gregory Rand.~ An easement is required to meet zoning standards on the abutting parcel (Golf Course) identified as Map 27, lot 25-21 located in an RRA, Commercial, and two shoreland Zoning Districts (LR and RP) owned by Pollard Associates LLC.~ The development requires Conditional Use, Site Plan, and Subdivision review by the Gray Planning Board.
- A request by Storey Brothers Trucking, represented by Gorrill-Palmer, for a gravel pit located off Legrow Road (near #39) as shown on (new) Map/Lot # 027-020-023-000 located in a Rural Residential and Agriculture and two Shoreland Districts; Resource Protection and Limited Residential Zoning Districts.
