  • Elevator is ordered
  • 1954 roof shingle installation in progress
  • Internal framing for 1954 in progress
  • New stairway to second level 1954 has been installed
  • Work on repairing front entrances to 1876 Pennell in progress
  • New siding and trim for 1954 exterior in progress    
  • Basement excavation 1876 in progress
  • Dry wall work to begin week of April 12
  • Windows for 1954 to be installed week of April 12
  • 1876 demolition work is 70% complete
  • Opening for the new stairway to 1876 basement is complete
  • Trim repair work and brick/mortar repair work is in progress for 1876 Pennell  
  • Final trim painting will be done in the spring
  • Site work and the finish coat for the parking lot will be completed in the spring
  • Clock Works have been temporarily removed for renovations in preparation for second floor display - 1876 Pennell
