Concept Design Drawings – Site Plan, Exterior Architectural and Space Arrangement drawings are 95 % completed. Drawings for electrical, mechanical and structural details are 60 % complete. Final drawings due September 2nd.
Endorsement - Town Council has endorsed concept plans and construction strategy
Preliminary Construction Cost – Preliminary construction cost based upon the concept drawing is slightly below $ 2,000,000.
