Design Drawings – Site Plan, Exterior Repair Work and Space Arrangement drawings are complete. Drawings for electrical, mechanical and structural details are expected to
be completed by September 21.
Endorsement - Town Council has endorsed concept plans and construction strategy
Preliminary Construction Cost – Preliminary construction cost based upon the current drawing is slightly above $ 2,000,000.
Guaranteed Maximum Price - Construction Manager plans to submit the guaranteed maximum price for the work in early October.
Projected Construction Start Date – Work on the entrances to the 1876 segment is scheduled to begin on September 15th
Projected Construction Completion Date – May 2010
