Design Drawings – Site Plan, Exterior Repair Work, Landscaping and Space Arrangement drawings are complete. Drawings for electrical, mechanical and structural details are expected to be completed by October 30.

Construction Cost – Budget construction cost based upon the current drawing is
$ 2,100,000.
Guaranteed Maximum Price - bids for Phase 1 work (exterior work for 1876 building, site work and windows for 1876 building) and environmental remediation have been received. Selected bidders are:

Construction Manager (Zachau Construction) has submitted a proposed Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Phase 1 work of $ 513,756.
Zachau plans to offer a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the balance or the work by November 15.
Construction Status – Work is in progress to replace the front entrances to 1876 Pennell, complete exterior brick and trim renovation, install scaffolding, complete environmental remediation, build additional parking areas and to make selected site revisions. Phase 2 work is expected to begin in late November. Zachau's on site supervisor is Mike Packard.
