Henry Pennell Municipal Complex Status The Gray Town Office is now open at its new location at the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex, 24 Main Street, Gray. Town Clerks, Planning Department, Code Enforcement, Recreation Department, Tax Assessing, and Gray Community Television are now located in this facility.
