2004-2005
Greetings from the Code Office, please feel free to stop by and discuss issues related to the Town’s Ordinances as a whole or as it relates to your property. My role in this community is to advise property owners with regards to property rights based on the current regulations which the Town of Gray has approved. As an employee of the Town I work for you. My goal as CEO is to achieve a high level of service and participate in the process to the greatest extend possible.
The Town of Gray is continuing to grow at a steady pace. This past year a total of 81 new dwelling units were permitted, with 75 new single family homes and 6 two family homes. Last year 82 new dwellings units were permitted, with 75 new single family homes and 7 two family homes. Garages, additional living space, decks, and pools continue to be the most popular additions. There have also been several small commercial projects started or completed included in the totals below.
