Request for Community “Bulletin Board” Announcement
Messages of community interest from nonprofit organizations and official announcements will be accepted to show on GCTV channel 2 if they are received at least one week prior to the event. Please send to:

Announcements and messages must be less than thirty (30) words and must not contain lottery or information about a lottery, gift enterprise, or similar schemes. They may not contain any solicitation of funds or advertising designed to promote the sale of commercial products or services. Any material that violates Town, State, or Federal ordinances, statutes, or laws including, but not limited to those relating to sedition, defamation, slander, libel, invasion of privacy, trademark or copyright will not be shown. Announcements may not be of a political nature that urges viewers to support a particular point of view. Obscenity as defined by community standards will not be accepted. Announcements must contain: Name of the organization, name and phone number of a contact person that can be shown with the message for more
information, and the time, place, and date of the event along with any fee that may be charged.
Gray Public Access, the station manger and volunteers, will make every effort to post your message in a timely manner, however we make no guarantees. We will attempt to present your message as clearly as possible, with an emphasis placed on readability and visual interest. The message duration shall be sufficient time to read in a normal manner, such time to be determined by the person entering the message. Interpretation of these rules shall be at the discretion of the GCTV station manager, however an appeal of said decision may be made to the Town of Gray Town Council, whose decision shall be final.
