Present: Peter Gellerson, Mark D. Grover, Tracy Scheckel, Margaret Hutchins, and Town Manager Deborah Cabana
Chair Peter Gellerson called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Executive Session:
Councilor Scheckel moved, Councilor Hutchins seconded
Ordered the Gray Town Council enter into Executive Session, pursuant to Title 1, Chapter 13, Subchapter 1, Section 405, Subsection 6-C:. “Discussion or consideration of the condition, acquisition …of real property or interest therein…..only if premature disclosures of the information would prejudice the competitive or bargaining position of the body or agency.” Specifically to discuss the strategy related to purchase or sale of public or private properties located in the downtown area.”

The Gray Town Council ended the Executive Session at 7:25 p.m. and resumed the workshop meeting.
WORKSHOP AGENDA:
1. Meeting with Solid Waste Committee and Crystal Lake Association/Little Sebago Lake Association to discuss milfoil.
2. Discussion regarding town councilor liaisons to various boards and committees.
3. Discussion regarding implementation of Budget FY 2008/2009
