SECTION 401.2 - AUTHORITY
A. These standards have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Title 30 M.R.S.A., Chapter 454, Section 4956.
B. These standards shall be known and may be cited as "Subdivision Standards of the Planning Board of the Town of Gray, Maine."
SECTION 401.3 – ADMINISTRATION
A. The Planning Board of the Town of Gray, hereinafter called the Board, shall administer these standards.
B. The provision of these standards shall pertain to all the land proposed for subdivision as herein defined within the boundaries of the Town of Gray.
