Mary S. Mayall (4 May 1809 - 8 Dec 1887) was a successful businesswoman in the 1800s.

Mary was the eldest daughter of Samuel Mayall, owner and proprietor of the first woolen mill in America.  After Samuel died in 1831, she and her unmarried sister, Phanela, operated the family business together.  They expanded the operations and had the Lower Mill built in 1834.
