Public Notice: Proposed Amendment to Gray Parking Ordinance

Notice is hereby given that the Gray Town Council will hold a second reading and a public hearing on September 2, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex, 24 Main Street, Gray, Maine, to receive public comments on a proposed amendment to Chapter 502, section 502.2(F) of the Town of Gray Parking Ordinance. Citizens are encouraged to contact the Town Manager at 657-3339 for more information.

Section 502.2 Restrictions
F. Parking is prohibited within 25 feet of the terminus of the corner radius along the curb line at street 
intersections except at the junction of Route 26 and North Raymond Road at Dry Mills.  There shall be 
no parking on the south bound side of Shaker Road from Central Maine Power Pole#5S in a 
southerly direction to the North Raymond Road intersection.
