Public Notice: Sign Ordinance Proposed Amendments (Second Reading)

Notice is hereby given that the Gray Town Council will hold a second reading on August 4, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex, 24 Main Street, Gray, Maine, to receive public comments on proposed amendments to the Town of Gray Sign Ordinance, Chapter 406, Article 2 (definitions), Article 5 (Temporary Political Signs), and Article 7 (Specific Standards).
The amendments prohibit political signs near the Rt. 26/26A intersection and allow farm stands to have additional signage including off-site.
