In Recognition For: Service to the Town of Gray

Thomas Low Libby (28 May 1823 - 19 Mar 1901) was one of the best known and highly respected citizens of Gray.  He had a saw and stave mill that was located just beyond the high school on the northerly side of the Libby Hill Road from 1877 to 1900.
