Gray Senior Citizens - We Need Your Help!
We hope you will help us better understand how folks are aging in Gray by filling out this quick survey hosted by the Gray Lifelong Living Committee. It won’t take more than 10 minutes. Complete the survey only for yourself. If you are a caregiver, assist that person in answering directly.
This is the online version of the survey that was sent by mail in April. Please fill it out online ONLY if you did not return the printed survey.
Gray Lifelong Living Survey
Gray Lifelong Living Committee is a group of Gray residents working in partnership with the Town of Gray and local organizations to assess and address the needs of older adults in our community. Your responses will be kept in strictest confidence.
The survey results will help us focus discussions we’ll host around Gray later this year. This survey is just the start of what will be a larger community conversation about what it’s like to age here and what are the unmet need of Gray senior citizens. After the community conversations, we shall publish summary findings and recommendations.
This survey is anonymous. If you need assistance completing the survey or would like to talk to one of the committee members in person, call and leave a message at 207-632-0075. We will call you back within 48 hours.
