Birchwood Road Settlement Term Sheet

The Gray Town Council hereby provides notice that it will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, in the Council Chambers at Town Hall, at the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex located at 24 Main Street, Gray, Maine, for purposes of receiving public comments on proposed settlement terms to resolve a litigation matter and an outstanding Shoreland Zoning notice of violation involving the redrawing of lot lines for properties located at 108 & 110 Birchwood Road (Tax Map 18, lots 307-36, 37, 38, & 40). Additional details and communications leading to the proposed settlement terms can be obtained by contacting the Community Development Department at Gray Town Hall (657-3112).
