Public Notice: MORATORIUM ORDINANCE ON RETAIL AND MEDICAL MARIJUANA USES

Notice is hereby given that the Gray Town Council has declared a public emergency as a result of recent amendments to Maine’s Medical and Retail Marijuana laws declares and pending rules related to the same that potentially affects the health, property and public hereby safety of its residents, and hereby enacts the Moratorium Ordinance on Retail and Medical Marijuana Uses for a period of 180 days from August 7, 2018, pursuant to 30-A MRSA Sec. 4356(2).
