Public Notice: Proposed Amendments to ADUs in Zoning Ordinance

The Town of Gray hereby issues notice that it is proposing amendments to the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 402, to comply with the provisions of 30-A MRSA Section 4364-B (prior LD 2003) regarding accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
The proposed changes would amend the standards applicable to ADUs. The Gray Town Council will hold a public hearing/first reading of the proposed changes on May 2, 2023, and a public hearing/second reading on May 16, 2023. The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on May 11, 2023. All meetings are at 7 p.m. in person at the Pennell Municipal Complex, with remote participation available.
