The Town of Gray's budget process involves numerous documents that inform decisions made by Town leadership. You can view these documents on this page.
There are four main deliverables from Town government during the budget process: the Initial Budget Request, the Town Manager's Budget Proposal, the Town Council's Budget Recommendation, and finally the final budget documentation.
