SOLAR ARRAY - Commercial Project - Yarmouth Road/Hillcrest Drive

The Town has been approached by a commercial solar entity to place panels on a 100 +/- acre parcel accessed from Yarmouth Road/Hillcrest Drive.
This would include zoning changes to the area. They have asked the Community Development staff to solicit input from neighboring property owners. Letters have been sent to the 35 +/- property owners to ensure they are apprised of the situation and to ask them for comments and feedback.
