Temporary Outdoor Use Permits
The Gray Town Council Approved on 6/16 Temporary Outdoor Use Permits. This Council-driven opportunity allows legally operating restaurants, taverns, and retail businesses (“Retail Trade” in the Zoning Ordinance) to allow the use of outdoor areas until October 31, 2020. It is not considered to be a change of use or permanent in nature.
This will allow existing businesses (retail, restaurant, and tavern only) throughout Town the ability to keep their businesses open, generate income, and adhere to COVID-19 CDC requirements.

Town’s CEO (Code Enforcement Officer) has been delegated the authority to issue Temporary Outdoor Use Permits.
