The newly formed Gray - New Gloucester Little League board is excited about the high caliber of managers, coaches and volunteers that our GNG community has and looks forward to an amazing year. Typically, a player will play one season of Tee Ball, and one season of Coach Pitch, then tryout for Player Pitch Baseball or Minors Softball. Each year the player will tryout to be moved to a higher division or be assessed so teams can be re-drafted for better competition.

Gray New Gloucester Youth Basketball
is a program serving boys and girls grades 3 thru 8 from across the Gray and New Gloucester communities in a fun and safe environment. The program uses basketball training, instruction and competition as a means of teaching the importance of education and other essential life skills.

GNG  Patriots Youth Football
is sponsored by The Patriot Grandstand Club (PGC), a Maine nonprofit corporation organized in April 2003 to bring youth football to Gray – New Gloucester High School and Middle School. The Club’s goal is to enable our young athletes to enjoy the game of football, while promoting good sportsmanship, teamwork, physical fitness, strong academic achievement, and self-confidence.

The mission of the Patriot Lacrosse Club is to promote a positive athletic learning experience for the student/athlete participants in the program. Our desire is to maintain a motivating environment that encourages the development of good sportsmanship, character, self-confidence, leadership and responsibility.

Interscholastic activities at Gray-New Gloucester High School and Middle School are activities in which students voluntarily participate.

The Town of New Gloucester offers a limited but growing roster of activities and facility resources to its citizens.

It is the mission of the New Gloucester Parks and Recreation Department to create recreational opportunities for growth and enhancement by developing diverse services and programs that promote citizen involvement and a strong sense of community while striving to increase the social, cultural, and physical well-being of its residents and visitors of all ages.

The purpose of the Patriot Soccer Club is to develop, promote, serve and administer the game of soccer in Gray/New Gloucester.
