RFP: Dry Mills Schoolhouse Carpentry & Related Repairs

Dry Mills Schoohouse ~ Carpentry & Related Repairs  

The Town of Gray is seeking proposals for carpentry and related repairs to the Dry Mills Schoolhouse which include a new sill and new floor system.  Contractors that wish to view the existing building must attend a site walk set for 8 AM on Tuesday, July 5th at which time questions will be answered. Proposals for said project must be received at Town Hall by July 15, 2016 at 4:00 PM.  Carpentry bid anticipated to be awarded by July 21st with an anticipated completion date of Late August/Early September.
