Public Notice: Staff Review Committee to Review Proposal for 45 Portland Road

The Town of Gray Staff Review Committee will review a proposal by Loon Island LLC for a change of use, from Office to Retail Trade, for the +/- 1.15-acre property at 45 Portland Road, Tax Map 043-404-176-001, in the Commercial zoning district, at their meeting on Monday, December 18, 2023, at 12 p.m.
This meeting will take place at the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex at 24 Main Street in Gray. This proposal is subject to minor site plan amendment review. Call 657-3112 for more information.
