Public Notice: Zoning Ordinance Amendment re Retail Marijuana

Notice is hereby given that the Gray Town Council will hold a public hearing and second reading on September 19, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Henry Pennell Municipal Complex, 24 Main Street, Gray, Maine, to receive public comments on proposed amendments to the Town of Gray Zoning Ordinance, (Chapter 402). The proposed Zoning amendments prohibit the cultivation, manufacturing, testing, distribution, and sales (including paraphernalia) of retail marijuana.
